Loose Nuts and Bolts
Thunder Bolt​
This stress free, non-expansion through fixing is the new solution for heavy duty anchoring into concrete, brick, stone, wood and concrete block replacing the need for traditional anchors such as throughbolts, shield, sleeve and drop-in anchors.
Coach Screw
​
A traditional heavy duty woodscrew mainly used for timber to timber applications, attaching ironmongery to timber or for use with a nylon plug into masonry. Pilot holes may be required into certain hardwoods. DIN571 Zinc plated. Thread length is approximately 2/3 of the overall screw length.
Hex Bolt - Set Screw
A fully threaded grade 8.8 high tensile bolt used in a wide variety of applications. Zinc plated (CR3) and passivated (3-5 microns) (DIN933)
Coach Bolt​
A domed head bolt with a square anti spin shoulder mainly used for clamping timber or attaching ironmongery to timber. Fully threaded up to and including 150mm. Partially threaded thereafter. Zinc plated.
Concrete Screw​
TX Flat Countersunk
A rapid and effective light duty anchoring system for fixing into concrete, brick, stone, concrete block and wood. This through fixing provides a single solution and replaces traditional fixings such as nylon frame and hammer fixings.
Nuts
A traditional nut used for all bolting and fastening applications. Zinc plated (CR3) and passivated (3-5 microns)

Nyloc Nuts
Type P hexagonal nylon nut with a metric thread.
Also known as locking nuts, designed to prevent the nut from loosening.
Washers
​
Form C - Used to increase the clamping area. Zinc plated (CR3) and passivated (3-5 microns).

Penny Repair - A large diameter washer ideal for spreading the clamping load, reducing a hole diameter and packing out. Sometimes known as a "mudguard" washer. Zinc plated (CR3) and passivated (3-5 microns).

Square - Provides a large clamping surface and therefore spreading the load of a fastening. Zinc plated (CR3) and passivated (3-5 microns).
Threaded Bar
Commonly used with drop in anchors for suspending cable trays from ceilings or can be cut to a required length and used with chemical resin.
