Plywood Sheets
We stock plywood sheets in the standard size of 2440mm x 1220mm, available in two main types:

Hardwood Faced Plywood (Class 2 – Interior Use):
Features a quality hardwood face veneer with a lightweight poplar core. Ideal for painting and veneering, these panels are easy to handle and work with, making them perfect for interior applications where finish and weight matter. -
Tanalised Plywood (Exterior & Agricultural Use):
Treated for durability and moisture resistance, this ply is suitable for outdoor and agricultural environments.
Thicknesses available: 5.5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm.​
MDF Board
​
Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product manufactured from refined wood fibres bonded under high pressure and temperature with synthetic resin binders. It offers a smooth, defect-free surface and a homogenous core, making it particularly suitable for precision cutting, CNC machining, drilling, and intricate moulding applications.

Due to its uniform density and fine fibre composition, MDF provides excellent dimensional stability and surface integrity, allowing for high-quality finishes such as veneering, laminating, or painting. Standard MDF is intended for dry, interior environments only and is not recommended for applications involving direct or prolonged exposure to moisture or high humidity.

MDF sheets are available in standard 2440mm x 1220mm (8ft x 4ft) dimensions, with thicknesses ranging from 6mm to 25mm.
OSB Board
Our Oriented Strand Board (OSB3) is a versatile and durable solution ideal for packaging, sheathing, and other construction applications where a solid-faced panel is required. Manufactured to strict tolerances, OSB3 is easy to cut, paintable, and provides a strong, reliable finish.
We stock only OSB3 (Conditioned Grade), designed for structural use in humid environments, making it perfect for timber frame buildings and other moisture-prone areas. All boards meet the OSB3 standard for enhanced performance and stability.
Available in both metric and imperial sheet sizes to suit a wide range of building and DIY projects.

Moisture-Resistant Chipboard Flooring
We offer a full range of Kronospan CaberFloor panels, ideal for use in both residential and commercial construction projects. Available in three variations – 18mm, 22mm, and 22mm Fast Protect – these engineered chipboard panels are designed to meet the needs of modern flooring systems, including floating floors, timber joists, and modular building methods.
All our Kronospan flooring panels are manufactured to P5 standard, meaning they are highly moisture-resistant and suitable for use in load-bearing applications in humid environments, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms.

18mm CaberFloor P5
A durable, structural-grade flooring panel suited for domestic floors and general-purpose use. Ideal where reduced floor height or lighter weight is preferred. -
22mm CaberFloor P5
Offers increased strength and rigidity, making it ideal for areas with wider joist spacing or higher load requirements. -
22mm CaberFloor P5 Fast Protect
Features an advanced peel-off, waterproof membrane that protects the board during construction. It provides temporary weather protection for up to 42 days exposed to the elements, making it perfect for builds where the roof or walls may not yet be in place. Once installed, the membrane is peeled away to leave a clean, ready-to-finish surface.​
